
Zach Dunn has spent his entire career as a professional not-for-profit director, specializing in religious institutions. Most recently, he was the Executive Director for Temple Chai in Phoenix, Arizona. He also served as the Executive Administrator for Plymouth Congregational Church in Miami, Florida, a history church in the Miami area, Executive Director for Congregation Mishkan Tefila in Brookline, Massachusetts, one of the oldest Synagogues in New England, and the Director of Operations for the First Church in Boston, one of the oldest churches in America.
A 2010 graduate of the University of Massachusetts in Boston, Zach holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology with a minor in History. He is a member of NATA and the Church Network. His decade-long experience has seen many successes which include launching 4 websites, transferring and launching multiple CRM platforms, retooling struggling financial conditions of organizations, creating and managing effective building and maintenance plans, developing and managing donor relations, recreating internal administrative infrastructures, updating entire IT infrastructures and so much more. A self-proclaimed “Lifer”, Zach grew up in various church settings and has held various lay leadership roles, from lead vocalist on Sunday mornings all the way to Vestry secretary.
In his spare time, he enjoys musical theater and barbershop singing! Zach and his wife Aimee have two children, Kaelib and Austin, and a whole host of animals.
