Brotherhood at Temple
The mission of Temple Brotherhood is to foster fellowship among its male members through engaging social and educational activities that support the Temple and its congregation. Whether you’re into cooking, fixing things, gardening, community service, music, networking, or education, you’ll find brothers who share your interests.

Social and Educational Events
Brotherhood hosts monthly community breakfasts with speakers, themed dinners, and social events at local establishments. They also organize Brotherhood nights at local sports events and off-site meetings.
Service and Maintenance Projects
Temple Brotherhood assists with painting, grounds clean-up, pressure-washing, and other maintenance tasks. They also set up chairs and serve as ushers for the Days of Awe, and work together to construct the Sukkah and help facilitate various religious school events.
Community Outreach
Leading the annual Christmas Day Mitzvah Meals project, Brotherhood coordinates cooking and delivering meals to those in need, in collaboration with the Jacksonville Jewish Center. The congregation also delivers home-baked treats to local first responders on Christmas.
